The focus is mostly clinical, but IEMR have a tradition for representing translational research at the meeting. This year PhD Student Kristine Andreassen presented data from patients and mice on the effect of exercise training in HCM during the abstract session, while Professor Mathis Korseberg Stokke presented views on causes, mechanisms, work-up and risk assessment for patients with premature ventricular complexes.
